I was referred to Ortho NY Physical Therapy after being diagnosed with "frozen shoulder." The PT who I made my appointments with, Sarah, was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging. She provided me with home exercises and recommendations which were right on target with what I needed. There were usually two other PTs working with other patients at the same time, who also seemed very professional, respectful, and engaged with their patients. Everyone I encountered throughout my sessions was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and I could always get an appointment. I had a great experience and I would highly recommend.
